Maintenance Engineer

• Detailed review of all Tooling, Equipment and Maintenances machines support production line.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To follow up and expedite machine buy-off for support NPI/Mass product to meet a plan.
• Machine planning to successfully execute on set up, conversation and preventive maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate with purchasing Dept. to purchase spare part and equipment support ME team.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing process.
• Coordinate with service providers for maintenance machines.
• Troubleshoot the winding machine to find out the real root causes, preparing spare parts, controlling set up parameter.
• Analyze and evaluate the preventive maintenance result.
• Cooperating with teams regarding improving projects e.g. Kaizen Projects, Productivity Improvement, Yield Improvement, etc

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years’ experience in Tooling, Equipment and Maintenance engineering field.
• Good knowledge in Automation, PLC & Electrical diagram, LEAN Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge in Drawing design (Solid work & CAD Program)
• Good knowledge in Jig/Fixture/ Small tool set up and apply gage buy off.
• Strong leadership and influencing skill such as analyze and evaluate skill.
• Good command of English and Computer skills.

Special consider : Maintenance all machine such as Flex Bending, Laser soldering, Auto damper attachment, soldering process will be advantage
