We are committed to fostering positive changes in society and our nation in a sustainable manner. For more information about the Foundation, please visit https://www.pohpunpanyafoundation.org/.
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Team Leader, Curriculum Development and Learning Management to lead and collaborate with learning management companies and subject matter experts to develop and execute curricula for The Cultivation of Wisdom Camp, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s educational goals. Responsibilities include managing the curriculum design process, integrating modern learning strategies, overseeing camp activities, and measuring outcomes using SROI and Non-SROI principles. The position also requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective use of resources, and reporting on the camp’s impact for sustainability reports. This role is to be based in Bangkok and required frequent travel to our operation in Nan province.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership, Consultation, Curriculum Development, and Collaboration with Learning Management Companies or Subject Matter Experts:
• Lead, consult, and work with learning management companies or subject matter experts, coordinate work processes, prioritize tasks, and ensure project delivery on time. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Utilize and promote the use of modern tools in creating effective and measurable learning pathways, both on-site and online.
• Work with learning management companies to ensure that curriculum development and process design for The Cultivation of Wisdom Camp are aligned with the educational goals of The Cultivation of Wisdom Foundation. This involves using the "Wisdom Cultivation Process" (or RBL), project-based learning to transform the thinking and behaviors of the target youth group, in conjunction with Phenomenon-Based Learning.
• Manage learning management companies to develop engaging content by integrating various teaching strategies, including microlearning, contextual learning, and real-world application. Ensure proper integration of different learning modalities into the designed learning pathway.
• Manage the curriculum and process within the set timeframe, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that youth who go through the process can apply the knowledge, skills, and experiences they have gained in real-world situations, regardless of the field or sector they work in. They should be able to live a balanced and sustainable life, with a passion for continuously seeking new knowledge and engaging in lifelong learning. Clear outcome goals must be set for each subject, not just completing the course process. For example:
English Language: The goal is to create youth who can use English correctly (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and can use the language to benefit themselves, their communities, and society as a whole.
Music: The aim is to develop youth who are proficient in music, capable of applying music theory to create works of national significance that are unique and enhance their own reputation and the country's name.
Entrepreneurship: The focus is to develop youth with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of surviving through various crises, recovering from setbacks without giving up, generating income to support themselves, improving their quality of life, achieving sustainability, and contributing to the prosperity of their communities.
Good Citizenship and Civilization: Using case studies, this approach aims to develop youth who have the logic to live sustainably, becoming a driving force to help communities understand the principles of correct living. Whatever they do, they should be able to survive while upholding morals, ethics, and values, with a mindset of giving, sharing, and working for the common good.
• Establish indicators for measuring the outcomes of the project (various camp curricula), design assessment processes, and conduct impact assessments based on SROI and Non-SROI principles within the set time frame.
2. Execution and Support for the Development of The Cultivation of Wisdom Camp's Teaching and Learning:
• Select appropriate learning management companies, instructors, and partners for each curriculum and process design to ensure that the target group’s learning objectives for each camp are fully achieved. This includes managing the Pre/In/Post camp systems and online learning within the defined time frame.
• Oversee the teaching and activities of The Cultivation of Wisdom Camps to ensure they are in line with the designed processes and completed within the set time frame.
• Collaborate with the Corporate ESG Responsibility Unit and the Foundation Management Unit of Kasikornbank to plan and create learning processes that meet mutual goals, including achieving the camp's outcomes for youth and efficiently managing the foundation's resources. Regular meetings and progress reports should ensure coordinated efforts towards the shared plan.
• Work with other curriculum teams at The Cultivation of Wisdom Foundation to ensure standardization and alignment in managing the overall curriculum and camps within the foundation.
• Prepare reports summarizing the results and positive impacts according to SROI and Non-SROI principles to be included in The Cultivation of Wisdom Foundation's and Kasikornbank’s sustainability reports within the specified time frame.
3. Other duties as assigned.
