- Develop and execute exclusive event strategies to align with company goals and branding.
- Plan and manage a variety of events, from intimate self-organized-event.
- Coordinate with external organizers, facility team and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, timelines, and on-site operations, ensuring events are delivered with excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and design, to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns for events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility team, vendor and event organizers.
- Monitor event performance and collect feedback to continuously improve future events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative ideas to enhance the exclusivity and appeal of our events.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration / Event Production and Management or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years experienced in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Event Organizer.
- Strong analytical skill, Good management skill, team working, and leading personality.
- Ability to converse in English is an advantage
