As the Data Team Lead, you will lead and scale our data operations, overseeing data engineering, data science, and analytics. You will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s data strategy, ensuring data infrastructure supports business needs, and deriving actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the data engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of robust data pipelines and data lakehouse.
- Guide the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions.
- Empower stakeholders with self-service analytics tools.
- Ensure scalable and efficient data architecture for both batch and real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data systems into production environments
As a Data Team Lead, you explore many different technologies to ensure that our organization and applications maximize the value of data.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and computer science.
- Prior experience with handling large datasets and developing machine learning models.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to data analysis, such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-development in the evolving field of data science.
