Associate Relation officer / Human Resources Specialist

Position 1 : Associate Relation officer (1position)

1. Support and preparation plans / budget of Employee Relations activities.

2. Build relationships with employees, promote the importance of employee engagement program.

3. Employee Relations activities and project to create happy workplace for improve workplace engagement among employees by planning and conducting activities.

4. Organize meeting of Employee Committee and summary of the meeting

5.Knowledge of labor law would be an advantage

6. Support Administration recreations and activities and HONDA group activities.

7. Performs other duties as assigned and other related responsibilities to support HR & Admin Team

Position 2 : Human Resources Specialist (1position)

1. Coordinate with internal and external

2. Manage short and long-term plans for company policy’s and standards

3. Implementation and handover project activity to business

4. Monitor, manage concurrent running projects and report to Managers

5. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues relating to policy’s and standards

6. Contacting private institutes and government institutes in relate issues

7. Planning and controlling HR budget

Support Administration recreations and activities and Honda group activities
