- Coordinate and communicate with individuals or organizations, both internal and external, to ensure operations meet specified objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and managing correspondence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in supporting smooth project operations.
- Provide support for the operations of all branches to ensure seamless performance.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work with service providers (vendors) to ensure timely completion.
- Manage branch contracts and insurance, including handling claims in cases of damage.
- Provide advice and relevant information regarding assigned tasks while explaining and coordinating with various departments to foster understanding and cooperation.
- Prepare and summarize monthly and annual departmental expense reports for submission to supervisors.
