- Meeting Social Security Fund administrative requirements on a timely basis
- Processing monthly payrolls/employee benefits transactions accurately, timely and in confidential manner
- Dealing with the group insurance policy/provident fund providers for best rates and administrative management of claims and changes of policy members.
- Managing and overseeing staff training & development and welfare programs within the given budgets.
- Acting as a liaison to resolve conflicts as well as implementing initiatives to promote healthy employee relations.
- Assisting in the development and management of staff performance appraisal program.
- Keeping accurate records and preparing HR related reports as required by the management.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations as well as notifying related parties of significant changes and updates.
- Handling sensitive employee matters/data with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- +3 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.
- Certification (e.g., Thailand HRCI) is a plus.
