Key Responsibilities
- Coach Junior Strategist to reach their performance goals
- Analyzing significant data for creating Wining Strategy of Business and able to translate into actionable marketing plan under Low Resource High Impact concept.
- Provide practical advice to boost team performance in order to execute according to the goals within due date.
- Understanding sales data and marketing activities performance data for evaluating the effectiveness of executions and for getting data to develop the next marketing strategy and plan.
- Perform as project leader to solve any problems with logical solutions during a business run and always select potential opportunities for improving business output.
- Manage new product development (End to End)
- Work with creative team to create strategic communication and marketing assets.
Qualifications:
Experience, Knowledge and Skills required
- 1 year + Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Branding, Marketing, Advertising and Digital is the must.
- Growth mindset and Learning skills
- Excellent in Critical and Analytical Thinking, Leadership Skill, Data, Driven, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Well Understand every stage of doing business from NPD to New S-Curve Development
- Computer literacy in MS Office
Educational Background
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable. Marketing & Business Administration or Economics is a plus.
