Accounting Admin
บริษัท โอโอซีแอล โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Maintain and organize accounting records and documentation.
- Support data entry for financial transactions into internal systems.
- Sort documents, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Record VAT for each document and submit the data to finance and accounting team for Revenue Department filings.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting documents for audits.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to address accounting inquiries.
- Coordinate between Customer Service and finance and accounting teams to facilitate payments and tax refunds.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the accounting team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or accounting support role (fresh graduates with relevant studies are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and experience with transaction processing is a plus.
