- End user hardware installation & issuing.
- End-user incident management and resolution for the above technology, within agreed SLA.
- Basic diagnostics and hardware repair (PCs), handing to 3rd parties for advanced repair.
- Management of PC replacement.
- Stock control and maintenance.
- Control of asset status in inventory tool (storage /production /retired etc.).
- Maintenance of existing knowledge and creation of new knowledge in order to provide input for Knowledge Management process.
- Assistance with server room maintenance tasks.
- Permanent onsite presence for important sites in business hours.
- Proactively regular healthy check for, network and computer room infrastructure
- Minimum education is bachelor’s degree of computer engineering or computer science related field.
- Good English writing and speaking.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Security, IT Infrastructure or any related fields.
- FMCG or manufacturing background is preferred.
