Overseeing all functions under accounting, budget and finance
- 30% Assure no deficiency in term of SOX/ZD issue (result of SOX test/# case under ZD)
- 25% Assure high accuracy and on time avialability of all Financial statements, Taxation, Budgeting and its related matters (audit/HQ questions etc.) (meet an official time schedule and the defined KPI of each particular subject)
- 20% Drive for most effective FA organisation/operating process with most capable team mebers under an optimal cost in line with business movement
(progress meets with MTP strategy)
- 15% Involve with business movement to provide opinion/consultancy where nccessary (level of involvement/consultancy provided)
- 10% Participate in formulating department strategy as a part of of succession plan for Director position (provide idea to set annual strategy, bridge understading of operation level & management)
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 42 - 52 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (at least)
- More than 10 years with strong experiences in direct responsible fields (Finance & Accounting, Audit, Credit & Collection, Budgeting etc.)
- Experienced in any in-house corporate company (Trading, Electronics filed is highly prefer)
- Good people management skill (Being Management who supervise Senior Manager/ Manager level)
- Having CPA & CPD License
- Proficient in Audit process with Good knowledge of SOX
- Good knowledge of Thai and International accounting/tax systems
- Business level in English (report to Internal and oversea, communication/negotiation skill in both verbal, and writing)
- Strong business conceptual with analytical skill
- Hands on experiences with full overview of core operation system
- Welcome new challenges/new idea
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experienced in Trading, Electronics filed
- Experience in both in-house and Audit Firm field (difference business environment work experiences and Audit background)
