Job Responsibility
- Identify and understand customer needs to effectively sell products or services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other methods.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback and Self-improvement development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical information.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different environments and handle multiple tasks.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and outcomes.
- Fluency in speaking Thai/Eng
