- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
Development people
- Training and Development : Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs, develop training programs, and promote continuous learning.
- Organizational Development : Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, and team dynamics. Support change management initiatives.
- Performance Management : Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Talent Management : Partner with managers to identify current and future talent needs, develop workforce plans, and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Employee Relations : Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits : Assist in reviewing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis : Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR programs and processes.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in organization more than 1,000 headcounts at least 5 years.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analyst, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Deep understanding of both HR best practices and the specific needs of the business.
