หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Respond to office administrator for business operate as usual. Take care of all commercial activity to related partner, both vendors and customers. HR management to support all employees’ work and facility. Control company assets and expenses. Cooperate with FN&ACC to manage cashflow and financial statements summit to government department. WH storage and activity controller.

Job Descriptions

• Team leads to Manage and control office admin daily operations.

• HR Management operations and payroll processing.

• Manage procurement, import, delivery and WH.

• Asset control and Facility management as electric, water, office rental, internet, telephone, mailing etc.

• Invoice, billing and debt collections processing.

• Manage and control Vietnam law and regulations compliant.

• Continue improve workflow and operation procedure.

• Follow command from upper management.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related to commercial or business administration

• 27-30 years old male or female with 3 years’ work experience in managing level

• Leadership, communication and Interpersonal skill

• Can be corporate with international company and government department

• Commercial and business Knowledge as Invoice, Billing, account & finance, HR and WH

• Solution making and Multiple tasking

• Excellence Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Have car driving license

• Good command in English and Vietnam communication both speak and writing are advantage
