Power and Electrical Systems
- Schedule routine checks and servicing of backup generators.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize risks of failure and ensure continuous, safe power supply.
Water Supply and Plumbing
- Oversee the inspection and maintenance of the entire water supply system and toilets in parking areas and office buildings.
- HVAC Systems
- Conduct corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on air conditioning units (68 systems) to ensure efficient operation, optimal climate control, and improved energy efficiency.
Security and Surveillance
- Regularly inspect security cameras for physical damage, clean lenses, and test functionality to ensure proper recording and image transmission.
Dispatching Automated System (DAS)
- Manage third-party or outsourced teams responsible for DAS maintenance.
- Maintain and organize spare parts for DAS equipment.
Fire and Safety Systems
- Conduct scheduled tests of fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, emergency lights, and extinguishers.
Parking Lot and Roads
- Perform regular maintenance of parking lots, including repainting lines, repairing potholes, and maintaining signage.
- Inspect and repair traffic roads to ensure safety.
- Diploma certificate/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems, including transformers, circuits, and generators.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) for identifying and resolving issues.
- Knowledgeable in refrigeration cycles, HVAC components, and air conditioning system operations.
- Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and maintenance scheduling.
