- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, analyzing market trends to enhance competitive people management & practices (especially in Learning & Development and Talent Management)
- Collaborate with management team on talent acquisition, talent retention and learning & development
- Assist management team in designing and developing HROD strategies based on company’s strategies, plan and implement HROD tasks to drive organizational transformation
- Lead in designing and planning training and development (training & development plan, IDP career path, succession plan) according to the needs of the business unit to increase the capabilities and competitiveness of employees
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees
- Deploy HR projects from Global or HQ to local sites including leading projects end to end, involving in talent acquisition, talent review, learning & development and others
- Analyze key data and present to management for strategic review and provide proper solutions to management and team
- Offer expert consultation on labor laws and best practices, fostering positive employee relations and a motivating work environment
