- Plan daily manpower to operate Unload/Check/Scan/Putaway products from container and import storage
- Summarise the report of transportation damage to notify the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the relevant parties for incoming containers.
- Outbound (Collect/Checkout Counter/Transport/Products)
- Plan orders and organize manpower by each day.
- Check each order to ensure that is arranged according to the specified plan.
- Make sure that every product is scanned in each order & count is correct.
- Plan to pack products on time each day so that there is no backlog.
- Plan manpower for delivering products to branches and check that they are correct before loading onto vehicles.
- Prepare export documents to send to customers.
- Purchasing, coordinating various things.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in Warehouse process.
- Able to use computers fluently, use SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Have purchasing ability.
- Coordinate and contact various agencies very well.
- Have a service mind.
- Able to manage time very well.
