- Check site
- Construction drawing (CAD)
- Able to design large scale project (1,000+ m2)
- Get brief form client
- Create concept, lay out, select materials
- Power Point presentation
- Verbal presentation in English/Thai
- Construction details and drawing
- Coordinate with design team, PM and Marketing
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate interior fit-out, M&E high-rise building office renovation
- Able to understand BOQ
- Able to use 3D, Photoshop, Power Point, Illustration
- Good English
- Punctual & Responsible
- Can work under pressure and tight schedule
- Leadership Skill
- Designer position, attach work for consideration
