1.Check Air Export documents and all expense of Customs Fee, Transportation, Airline Terminal Charge etc.
2.Issue billing invoice on UFS (Unified Freight System) in daily operation.
3.Cross check sales quotation before issue billing.
4.Accurate billing invoice before submit to customers.
5.Requst debit note (Freehouse invoice shipment) form oversea.
6.Support for EDI billing per SOP and able to checking payment status and report to Asst Mgr , Mgr for the result.
7.Others the assignment by line manager.
Age in between 24-35 years
- Bachelor Degree or higher in BA Chemistry Logistics Business International Management or any related field.
- 1-5 years experienced in freight forwarding,Customer Service or Logistics business
- Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind
- Good Command of reading and writing English
- High responsible and willing to learn
- Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking and Negotiation Character
- Willing to work long hours and After working hours and Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel and Power Point
