หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Oversee overall operations and create work schedules for the team
Calculate food costs and related operating costs to set appropriate prices.
Maintain service standards and motivate team members.
Follow up on all departments and improve operations, and find opportunities to develop service standards.
Set up a catering menu systematically and in line with customer needs.
Responsible for catering both inside and outside the venue to meet standards.
Meet with executives to share information or receive advice from senior executives to implement.

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารโรงแรม หรือร้านอาหารอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและมีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
ทักษะการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพทั้งภายในองค์กรและกับลูกค้า
ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาและตัดสินใจอย่างรวดเร็ว
ทักษะการจัดการเวลาและการวางแผนงาน
