• Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries
• Submit activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
• Service existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers
• Setup price and selling conditions, negotiate to meet the target and also maintain customer satisfaction
• Provide technical advice to customers on product specifications and usage
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned customers while prospecting for new customers to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
• Forecast sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical related fields
• Experiences in sales will receive special consideration
• Have personal vehicle for work and can drive in Bangkok and vicinity
• English Proficiency: Very good at listening and reading, good at writing and speaking
• Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoys challenges at work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
