- Manage supplier transportation contracts
- Establish supplier operating regulations
- Prepare manuals and work procedures for all types of suppliers.
- Manage complaints about dress and other behaviors
- Participate in investigations into corruption / drug / serious misconduct cases of suppliers
- Conduct field surveys to inspect drivers and delivery vehicles that do not meet the supplier's standards.
- Coordinate/solve various problems for suppliers
- Coordinate work with various departments within the company.
- Prepare vehicles to support HUBs and DCs nationwide during the monthly promotion period.
- Track and evaluate the quality of suppliers according to Flash Express - Work as assigned by the supervisor, which will be adjusted according to the organizational structure.
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree
- Male/Female, aged not over 30 years old
- At least 2 years experience in contract documentation work and has experience in HR work such as issuing penalties, investigations
