• Working with Financial Consultants of Private Fund’s distributors to ensure proper accounting opening procedures and documentation including presentations proposing an approach to a potential client
• Providing account information to Financial Consultants and maintaining Financial Consultants relationships
• Proactively resolving clients’ issues and concerns
• Learning the business and products in order to assist Fund Managers
• Clerical duties such as handling telephones, mailing, filing and processing forms
• Taking and placing customer orders for opening account, cash withdrawal, cash injection, closing account and any activities related to private funds
• Participating in ongoing platform reviews and design initiatives for private fund processing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Banking, Economics, Management or related fields
• Working experiences in financial institutions
• Preferred if possess Single License or able to acquire one in due course
• Highly knowledgeable and with good understanding of financial/capital market products
