- Plan and calculate truck volume for efficient delivery scheduling.
- Generate delivery notes and prepare sheets based on customer orders from the EDI system.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Milk Run customers and carriers to ensure timely part pick-up.
- Follow up with production and suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery to customers.
- Oversee the outbound delivery process to ensure accuracy in operator preparation.
- Manage and control transportation systems, including DRP and POD.
- Address and support customer requirements effectively.
- Prepare reports on delivery performance and resolve any issues encountered.
- Forecast monthly truck consumption to optimize operations.
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience in Warehouse, Logistics and supply chain (minimum 0-2 years)
- Experience in Automotive Industrial or in Transportation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical Problem skill, Open and Flexible attitude, Good Coordination, Teamwork.
- Can work at night shift.
- Experience in Warehouse, Logistics and supply chain (minimum 0-2 years)
- Experience in Automotive Industrial or in Transportation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English
