- Monitor and ensure packaging availability to align with the production plan.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prevent delays caused by packaging shortages.
- Issue daily production plans to ensure smooth supply of required packaging for production processes.
- Gather and analyze data to support ongoing projects and packaging-related improvements.
- Control and manage the packaging system, including handling, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain and update relevant documents related to the packaging control process.
- Coordinate and support forklift activities to ensure timely movement and handling of packaging materials.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement in packaging control and propose solutions.
Qualification:
- Maximum education level : Bachelor degree.
- Education field, Bachelor’s degree in Logistic and Supply Chain or related fields.
- 0-1 year of experience in Warehouse Inventory or Logistics.
- Experience in Automotive Industrial is an advantage 0 - 1 years (New graduate is welcomed)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, Power Point, and etc.
- Diligent, Endure, and be a fast learner with positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and able to work flexible shift
