• Demand planning and sales analytics strategy : Define and lead the execution of roadmap and strategic priorities for Demand Planning & Sales Analytics as well as annual plan, budget allocation and target setting

• Deep expertise in demand planning for B2B OEM 

• Advanced strategic thinking, data analysis, and planning skills

• Strong commercial acumen 

• A self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges

• Strong ability to drive conflict resolutions across functional teams

• Demonstrating alignment with and the ability to thrive within the cultural framework of Thai Union's values and behaviors
