เจ้าหน้าที่เร่งรัดหนี้สิน (สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี)
Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing Co., Ltd.- ติดตามหนี้ทางโทรศัทพ์สำหรับลูกค้าที่มีอายุหนี้ค้างชำระตั้งแต่ 31 - 120 วัน
- ให้คำแนะนำและข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงินค่างวด ค่าปรับล่าช้า ค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตามทวงถาม
- วัดผลการโทรติดตามหนี้ Call by Unit & Complete call ผ่าน ตาม Target ที่ทางบริษัทกำหนด
- ดำเนินการติดตามลูกค้าภายใต้กฏระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัทฯ อย่างเคร่งครัด โดยไม่ให้เกิดข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- รับสายจากทาง Call center โอนสายลูกค้าที่มีการติดต่อเข้ามาเพื่อสอบถามเรื่องค่างวด
- การศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงทางด้านการติดตามทวงถามหนี้ (สินเชื่อรถยนต์ทุกประเภท)
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความรับผิดชอบมีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี รวมทั้งมีใจรักงานบริการ
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- ชอบงานมีเป้า เร่งทำยอด และรองรับความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30-17.00 (ทำงานในวันเสาร์ตามที่ทางบริษัทกำหนด)
