- Plan and execute maintenance for machines and production equipment.
- Address machine trouble reports and provide services and suggestions for basic machine issues.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures; develop and implement corrective actions.
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.
- Evaluate new products and create evaluation reports, including planning and providing parameters for machine issues.
- Analyze product failures and work on yield improvement.
- Develop new production operation procedures to support mass production.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Test and approve new equipment before it is handed off to production.
- Develop cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with vendors for machine installation and improvements; support supervisors and managers in creating department-related documents.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of work experience in the electronics business field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of PLC software (OMRON, KEYENCE, Mitsubishi).
- Basic understanding of servo motors and servo drivers (Mitsubishi, YASKAWA, IAI).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Good command of English (a TOEIC score of 550+ is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):
- Experience with Automation Systems
- Knowledge of Industry Standards and Compliance
- Experience with Continuous Improvement Methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Project Management Skills
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE Tools
- Data Analysis and Reporting Skills
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Vendor Management
- Familiarity with Quality Control Processes
