Job Description:
As a Data Analyst in the Production Engineer Division, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency. You will be responsible for data collection, preparation, and analysis, as well as predictive modeling to proactively address production challenges. You will also collaborate with developers to provide the necessary data and APIs to support application development that optimizes manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather high-quality production data. Ensure the data is cleaned and prepared for analysis.
- Utilize statistical tools to analyze production data, identifying trends and patterns. Create compelling visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement predictive models using rule-based logic and machine learning techniques to anticipate and resolve production challenges.
- Partner with developers to provide data and APIs that support the development of applications for optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling is an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score preferred.
- A strong interest in electronics manufacturing and technology.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes and related technologies.
- Experience in API development or working alongside developers to integrate data systems.
