- Responsible for taking care of and providing service to the company's online customers
- Register health and hygiene products with the FDA.
- Provide service to both general business and individual customers with focus on polite, fast and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Opportunity to collaborate with several stakeholders both internal and external, such as marketing company and sales partner companies
- Analyze sales data, identify issues, create a report and present ways to improve sales and build the business's competitive position
- Advise on online purchasing services, including aftersales services
- Take customer orders and issue receipts
- Age 22-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales; experience in call centers will receive special consideration
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development and improvement of marketing strategy
- Good communication skills in Chinses and English, especially speaking and listening
- Has a service mind
- Has the ability to think on his/her feet and resolve issues well
- Is a fast self-learner
