Basic Requirements

50,000 - 130,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

• Develop company's growth strategy, including but not limited to, marketing strategy, investment strategy, go-to-market strategy,

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within target markets.

• Focus on creating presentation to show company’s existing and proforma financial statements.

• Consolidated and develop strategies and business plans to be presented to shareholders and Board of Directors

• Assist to develop joint venture/ project with external parties

• Assist to shape the company's overall business strategy.

• Develop strategic plans and assess company performance.

• Perform financial reporting and forecasting with analysis of financial data to support management’s decision on business plan.

• Review current products and market trends to propose new business ideas to mainly improve revenue margins.

• Understand company manufacturing process to be able to enhance production efficiency.

• Liaise with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve goals.

• Work closely with financial advisor on capital structures and corporate finance products and decisions.

Requirements

-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับ Proficient

-ทำงานกับ Partner ต่างชาติได้

-มีความยืดหยุดในการทำงาน เนื่องจากอาจต้องทำงานดึกเป็นบางวัน

-เก่งด้านการทำ Power point การนำเสนอองค์กร

-ต้องทำงานกับต่างชาติ เวลาการทำงาน เป็นรูปแบบ Time Zone

-เคยทำงาน องค์กร ธนาคารมาก่อนจะพิจารณา เป็นพิเศษ

• Keen on power point and English language.

• Ideally 5 - 7 years’ experience in Management consulting, Investment banking, Corporate strategy, Financial/Budget planning and analysis and any other related fields

• Analytical skills: must be able to analyze various information and use this information to create viable strategic plans for an organization.

• Communication skills: effectively communicate their findings and the plan they've developed to assist a company in reaching its goals and objectives.

• Problem solving skills and analytical skills.

• Willing to learn (opportunities to work closely and learn directly from CEO).

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.

About Company

Dr. CBD aims to bring benefits of cannabis plant reaped from the use of modern technology to raise the quality of cannabis for medical use to develop medicine and food supplements from cannabis based on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Our in-door plantation follows WHO guidelines on Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) for medicinal plants. Importantly, modern technology, Smart farming system has been adopted for making accurate records of the daily planting progress. The stable planting process brings about cannabis products of reliable and consistent quality.

With its medicinal properties, Dr. CBD, saw the need to have a laboratory of ISO/IEC 17025 standards to perform tests on identification of active ingredients.

Dr. CBD puts a strong emphasis on the quality of cannabis meant for medical use. Dr. CBD pays careful attention to the production process of both medicine and food supplements, ranging from planting to manufacturing of finished products, packaging control and production site while raw materials must be of the highest standards.
