Keep and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate of claim matter with customer and Operation dept.
As Windows to organize customer's requirement with relate dept
Set SOP/Instruction for smooth arrangement with OPS and Oversea Agent.
Handle and resolve customer problems by communicating and cooperating with related dept.
Follow up Shipment from oversea.
Develop new route/business.
Assists to issue quotation when necessary/if required.
Assists on other requirements from customer opon sale absence.
Call to potential customer for introduce company's services.
Expand business from existing customers.
Work and conpare rate with oversea agents for mutual profit.
Negotiate cost with oversea agents for maximize profit.
Keep buying rate and fill in rate sheet on share drive.
Visit customer as required.
Other as assigned.
• Male or Female
• Age 23 and above
• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Marketing or related field
• 2-3 years experienced in Logistics Sales or Customer Service
• Able to communicate in English (preferred)
• Work well as part of a team
• Good Service Minded
• Have a Knowledge in Logistics field will be advantage
