Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Oversee Accounting Operations:
Supervise accounting activities using the PAES system and ensure compliance with IFRS standards, financial regulations, and related legal requirements.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping in adherence to internationally accepted accounting principles and applicable tax regulations.
2. Review Financial Statements and Consolidation:
Verify the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Gather and analyze financial data from various departments to prepare consolidated financial statements.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of recorded accounting transactions to reflect the organization's true financial position.
3. Report Financial and Accounting Performance to Senior Management:
Prepare financial performance reports for presentation to the Board of Directors and senior management.
Present key strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making regarding finances and budgets.
Analyze financial performance indicators for operational assessment and strategic planning.
4. Manage and Plan Accounting Operations for Stock Exchange Listing:
Develop and prepare accounting and financial documents in compliance with stock exchange (SET/MAI) regulations.
Review and optimize accounting and financial structures to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with financial and legal advisors to support the listing process.
Monitor and assess financial risks that could impact the listing process and provide mitigation strategies.
