Responsibility:
- Monitor and evaluate team performance on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Manages and resolve countries’ escalated issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handle to lead the calls with customers to develop and maintain god relationship.
- Drive and lead regular team meetings.
- Oversee export functions and recommend process improvements.
- Implement and allocate resources to meet the productivity and utilization.
- Seek the development and growth of the team.
- Support and provide internal cross training / knowledge sharing for team members.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5-8 Years experience of import and export logistics.
- Minimum 3-year experience in supervisor level, in which must have been in integrated operations or multifunctional logistics experiences.
- Ability to communicate, lead the team and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to work in shifts.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
- Experience in Cargo Wise would be advantage.
- An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
