- Handle daily task by deploying tariffs (Costing and Client Rates) into NextGen subject to assignor (GFF entities) information.
- Handle daily task by deploying Quotations into NextGen subject to assignor (GFF entities) information.
- Update work details, status and reports into Poseidon system.
- Ensure the task completion by sending the confirmation to assignor on a single job completion.
- Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided if there is unclear issue.
- Immediately communicate with superior when any issues occur and related to work especially with the timing/lateness of job completion.
- Participate in other assignments assigned by Lead.
• At Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experiences 2-3 years in Pricing, Costing with a freight forwarding company or logistics.
• Good English language skills.
• Good command in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
• Result oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
• Experience in Cargo Wise (NextGen) would be advantage.
