- Liaise with key clients to understand charter project needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Oversee the project management process for Spanish charter operations, ensuring clear execution plans and high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with different departments (product development, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of charter projects.
- Lead and motivate the team, focusing on sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Develop training programs and foster a positive, communicative team culture.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and ensure high-quality service.
- Promote and implement company technology solutions to improve internal and external processes.
- Organize and lead agent familiarization trips to promote new business opportunities.
- Monitor financial aspects of the projects, ensuring timely payments and managing overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate project data in the company’s system and report regularly to senior management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of management experience in the tourism industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry in Thailand.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and general computing.
- Ability to travel within Thailand and abroad as required.
