- Negotiate pricing and analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to provide accurate reports to the Sales team within the required deadlines.
- Act as the department representative in RFQ kick-off meetings with the Sales team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both local and overseas suppliers to ensure optimal sourcing conditions.
- Female candidates, aged 25 years or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sourcing within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both local and overseas suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Highly responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
