Regulatory Affairs Executive
GFCA Co., Ltd.- Monitor and ensure compliance with food regulations and laws in both domestic and international markets, supporting teams such as OEM, OBM, R&D, and Industrial.
- Develop and maintain a database of food-related regulations, including food additives, labeling, and food category standards.
- Review and approve product labels for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements related to labeling, advertising, and product claims.
- Manage product registration and renewal processes for FDA (e.g., product certificates, trademarks, patents) in local and global markets.
- Coordinate product certifications, such as Halal, Kosher, and Non-GMO, with production facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in food product registration and regulatory compliance, particularly with FDA and international standards.
- Strong knowledge of food laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence.
- Hands-on experience in registering food products such as beverages and packaged foods.
- Knowledge of international food regulations is a plus.
