Environment Occupational Health Safety & General Service Management - Manager
GFCA Co., Ltd.- Develop the department's occupational health, safety, and environmental plan.
- Supervise safety officers at all levels to perform their duties in accordance with safety regulations and laws.
- Supervise environmental officers to carry out operations according to the environmental plan and ensure compliance with environmental laws.
- Oversee and manage the factory's security operations.
- Assess and mitigate risks arising from work activities.
- Suggest improvements to occupational health, safety, and environmental systems to the employer.
- Support safety activities and projects to foster awareness of safety and environmental concerns among employees.
- Oversee and ensure that subordinates perform their assigned duties in accordance with the company's policies.
- Provide support for inspections by various agencies and customers, especially in the areas of safety and environmental compliance.
- Promote actions to support certification in international standard systems.
- Perform tasks and operations as assigned by the supervisor.
- Update and assess compliance with safety and environmental laws.
Administration:
- Plan and oversee administrative expenses of the company to maximize efficiency, and manage the creation and maintenance of the overall landscape of the factory (cafeteria, restrooms, and common areas) to ensure they are always clean and orderly.
- Oversee and ensure subordinates' operations are conducted correctly and with maximum efficiency.
- Manage the department's expenses according to the annual plan and forecast future costs.
- Verify that employees follow environmental policies and control measures.
- Adhere to environmental policies and control measures, such as conserving water and electricity, reducing waste in both office areas and production processes, and properly segregating waste according to its type.
- Promote and support community engagement activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Factory-related laws Safety Occupational Health and environmental.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Safety Occupational Health and environmental and law safety & environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
