Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote advertising opportunities within the cinema environment, including on-screen advertisements, lobby displays, and special event sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and present tailored advertising proposals that meet clients' marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, including scheduling, design approvals, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or advertising, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Passion for cinema and understanding of audience demographics is a plus.
