Customer Services Officer
HAVI Logistics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd- Proceed store orders (regular or special order transactions) as per set parameters.
- Inform stores for any non-fulfillment of orders (e.g. precut items, product substitution, etc.) and deviation on delivery requirements.
- Review OSND (over, short and damage) accounting proof list. Communicate appropriate actions to be taken to the affected store (e.g. special delivery, credit, re-order, etc.)
- Coordinate with the order fulfillment teams (Inventory Control, Center and Transport teams) to effectively serve the store orders.
- Attend to customer’s inquiries and complaints. Calls/checks and advice stores on issues / problems that may affect operations, e.g. stock recovery
- As per superior directive, shall visit stores as part of customer relations. Conduct surveys and solicit areas for improvement.
- Communicative to customer for order in advance to support holiday / festive seasons backup.
- Ensure the customers are satisfied with the services.
- Perform other assignments assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Computer knowledge & skills: Microsoft Office programs.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in handling customer issues
- Language : Basic & Advance English
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Able to work under pressure and limit timeline
