Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

• Quality improvement, key KPIs: Food Safety Index (Right the First Time, Consumer Complaint Reduction), Golden Rule Adherence, Quality & Food Safety Assurance, monitoring to ensure compliance.

• Warehouse Audit Preparation, Golden Rule and Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) Assessments and Corrective Action Responses.

• Works with other department to continuous Improvement and Training Initiatives: Execution Against Quality KPI Improvement Plans, Training and Development of Quality and support, Identification and Reaction to Emerging Trends (e.g., Complaints, Hold Drivers)

• Maintain quality objectives, prevent complaints and claims and keep quality to specifications through accurate inspections, non-compliance procedures, appropriate reporting, corrective actions and accuracy of paperwork along with sample submissions

• Support and works with other department to category and communication: Special Situations Investigations, onsite branch Assessments, Quality Data Systems/Meridian/ Quality Suite

• Ensure proper quality inspection system and other programs are in place for incoming materials and products and minimize product risk.

• Ensure the corrective & preventive actions relating to supplier quality performance, internal quality issues, customer complaints, internal and external audits are implemented and effective.

• Manage the work flow of HAVI documentation. Coordinate and works with other functional departments to produce and control all procedural and policy documentation, electronic and hard copy, managing document lifecycle through change, publishing and audit.

• Keep inventory and record of retained sample.

• Conduct and monitor pest control program.

• Monitor changes in regulations (related to products) and ensure that the company is complying with new regulations.

• Follow requirements of quality / food safety management system, customer requirements and regular compliance.

• Follow the requirements of Environment, Health and Safety Management System and legal compliance.

• Any other task/projects assigned by the superior.
