- Handle contractor documents, material requisitions, overtime records, and financial disbursements. Track installation materials and coordinate with various departments.
- Assess site conditions before installations and communicate readiness to the project team.
- Collect and manage JR data and project plans from Engineering Installation for reports.
- Approve and control withdrawal of installation materials and tools.
- Provide necessary documents (Layouts, Elevations, etc.) for equipment delivery and installation.
- Create and manage WIRs, ensuring timely submission post-installation.
- Manage internal testing, collect and store relevant documentation, and follow up on defect corrections.
- Ensure defects are addressed within specified timelines and forward necessary documentation to responsible parties.
- Support the project team in delivering T&C and defect documents to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong in can-do attitude will be a plus.
- Experience in using Excel or any MS Office.
- Have experience in admin role in Engineering or related field will be as a plus.
