หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชี และจัดทำรายการปรับปรุงบัญชีทั่วไป
- ตรวจสอบการบันทึกธุรกรรมในโปรแกรมบัญชี ตรวจสอบให้ธุรกรรมต่างๆ ถูกบันทึกอย่างถูกต้องในโปรแกรมบัญชี
- ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน/ไตรมาส/ปี และจัดทำหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงิน เพื่อประมวลผลข้อมูลทางบัญชีที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงิน
- ตรวจสอบการยื่นแบบภาษีรายเดือนต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการคำนวณและจัดทำแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลให้ถูกต้องตามประมวลรัษฎากร
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาของแผนกบัญชีทั่วไปให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน การจัดทำงบการเงิน และจัดทำหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงิน และ เคยทำงานสายตรวจสอบไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านหลักการและแนวทางการบัญชีอย่างดี รวมถึง GAAP หรือ IFRS รวมถึงมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบ (เช่น PCAOB, ISA) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้และใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office, Sage300 ERP, SAP และอื่น ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ตรวจสอบ (เช่น ACL Analytics, CaseWare, IDEA) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ต้องมีใบอนุญาตการพัฒนาวิชาชีพต่อเนื่อง (CPD) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและความถูกต้อง สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ต้องมีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ TOEIC 500 คะแนน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
