Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and understand end-to-end process of Product Management as a “Product Owner” of Mortgage Loan Product.

• Work collaboratively with all cross – functional teams such as Risk Management Team , Operation and IT team er cross-functional teams to launch New Products and new Features or new projects

• Drive Project of mortgage product : End-to-End process included Tracking Status, Manage Accounts, Transfer and Withdrawal, Payment Gateway

• Manage roadmap, prioritize Product Opportunities, create New Feature Ideas, refine Feature Ideas and maintain Existing Features as business goals

• Design pricing campaign & board rate with balancing customer acquisition and profitability

• Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing fee and terms to ensure competitive positioning.

• Track and analyze the Customers’ Data and Trends of Products & Services in order to enhance, optimize Product Image and maximize Channels & Product profitability

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economic.
3 year above of Working Experience in Mortgage Products from Banking.
Good Team Player, Hard-Working, Initiative, Hands-on, Dynamic and Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word
Good command of English
