- ดำเนินการคำนวณค่าจ้าง ค่าตอบแทน และสวัสดิการพนักงานให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันเวลา ในระบบ eUnite
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลด้านค่าจ้างและสวัสดิการ
- จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับค่าจ้างและสวัสดิการต่างๆ
- บริหารจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน เช่น ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลเงินเดือน สวัสดิการต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ธนาคาร กรมสรรพากร สำนักงานประกันสังคม
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือป.ตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานโดยตรง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานโปรแกรม eUnite จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน กฎหมายประกันสังคม และกฎหมายภาษี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
