- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support function
- Having skills in multiple platforms such as telephone, social media messaging, Facebook, Instagram, Line application, or live chat.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs, excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
- Good command in both Thai & English
