- Perform valuation and revaluation within SLA and with adoption of appropriate professional valuation methodology complied to requirements of BOT, MAS, Basel II, Group Credit Policy, process flow and user procedure manual
- Prepare valuation report of high quality within SLA and with optimum productivity
- Check and review completeness of valuation report and valuation review report with adequate supporting information thru research and analysis of comparable market information, economic data and verification of any relevant legal restrictions, statutory rules and regulations that potentially restricts or impacts on ownership or utilization rights towards collateral
- Perform roles and tasks assigned efficiently and effectively
- Participate actively and work out properly in projects being assigned
- At least 3-6 year of experience in relevant fields
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property Valuation, Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, Geography or professional qualification
- Good knowledge and skill in valuation of professional standard
- Trustworthy, reliable, meticulous and hardworking in performing tasks for the best interest to the bank
- Logical and analytical mind with knowledge of trend in real estate industry and concerned matters
- Computer literacy
- Good worker and team player
