Import & Export Officer
Yamaha Motor Asian Center Co., Ltd.- Handle Import / Export shipping document such as invoice, packing list, BL, AWB, FORM FTA, and etc.
- Coordinate with oversea consignee / shipper, forwarder, and carrier to satisfy consignee requirement.
- Conduct yearly Ocean / Air Freight bidding.
- Operate Security Trade Control.
- Make daily, weekly, monthly report such as Shipper and LSP performance, FTA Report, and etc.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 2-6 years experience in Logistics or Export and Import job function (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, FTA form)
- Have experience or understand in freight business and FTA privilege.
- Have experience in Security Trade Control will be advantage.
- Good command in English especially speaking & writing
- Proficiency in computer programs; excel, Microsoft word, Power point and internet
- Ability to work under pressure with self-starter environment
