- Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and the hiring of contractors on behalf of the organization, including overseeing the company's assets.
- Manage the maintenance of central office buildings and equipment.
- Oversee the upkeep of cleanliness and orderliness both inside and outside the building.
- Manage the company's insurance processes.
- Oversee the welfare services, including the cafeteria, lounge, vehicles, and waste management.
- Male or female, aged 30-40 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Management, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Knowledgeable in computers and office equipment.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Demonstrates determination, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
